Privacy Policy — FiTiM

FiTiM ("the app", "we") is a shared-expense management app. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is stored, and how it can be deleted.

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address, for sign-in and authentication.
• Content you create: notebooks, expenses, transfers, categories, budgets, calendar events, and receipt images you upload.
• Security settings: if you enable two-factor authentication (2FA), an identifier used for verification is stored.

We do not collect location, we do not use ads, and we do not perform marketing tracking or sell data to third parties.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on the Supabase cloud service and secured in transit (HTTPS). Access is restricted to members of the same notebook via server-side authorization rules.

Google Calendar export (optional)

If you choose to export events to Google Calendar, the app requests permission to write events to your calendar (calendar.events scope). This permission is used solely to create the events you request — we do not read or store your calendar data.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Settings → Delete account). This removes your profile, the notebooks you own, and receipts you uploaded.
